Business and Commercial Law - We provide a wide variety of services to our business clients from assisting in selecting the type of organizational entity under which to operate, preparation of agreements, sale and purchase of businesses, obtaining financing and funding for business operations.

Real Estate - Our firm represents both commercial clients and individuals in all proceedings and transactions that deal with real property - land and the structures attached to it - including purchase and sale, construction, mortgages and foreclosures, leases, land use & zoning, title examinations, quiet title actions, closings, eminent domain and property management.

Probate & Estate Planning - Probate is the legal process by which a person's debts are paid and assets are distributed upon her or his death. Estate Administration includes the probate process as well as non-probate transfers of the deceased's assets. Individual state laws direct the probate court how to distribute the deceased's estate. State laws and procedures vary greatly, so, it is important to consult a firm with expertise in this area of the law to ensure that the deceased's assets are distributed correctly.

Wills & Trusts - Our firm helps plan for the distribution of an individual's real and personal property at his or her death by taking into account wills, trusts, taxes, insurance, and property so as to gain the maximum benefit of all laws, while, at the same time, carrying out the person's wishes.  Typically an estate plan would include the drafting of a revocable trust or trusts, a last will and testament, a power of attorney and a living will which would include the appointment of a health care proxy.

Banking Law - We provide legal counsel in the area of banking law including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and general litigation, acting as outside counsel, and providing document preparation services.

Business Counsel - For many of Graddy & Adkisson, LLP's clients who do not have attorneys on staff, we provide the same range of services as an in-house general counsel. The firm assists with day-to-day issues and decision-making. We provide legal audits to determine where clients can make improvements to comply with laws and regulations, reduce potential liability and avoid litigation. We routinely handle general corporate matters such as director and officer liability questions, buy-sell and other ownership agreements. We also counsel individual shareholders, officers and directors with respect to their rights and liabilities.
